Just as you would use a map to guide you, use the section tasks listed below to guide you as study the land and water features of East Asia.
Section Tasks 1. Define and describe all the Key terms on page 9.
2. Identify and locate the land regions, rivers, and bodies of water from the map we completed.
3. Describe the physical features and geography of East Asia. Identify the major peninsulas and two island nations. Also describe the major land regions of China including the mountains (use the map we created).
4. How is population distributed in the nations of China and Japan? Why?
